From Sweden To France with Eva
From your kitchen, you will join former art director turned food stylist and chef, Eva Zwalm from her kitchen in Burgundy, France each week in this live remote course with 6 sessions. The lovely and wonderful teacher Eva will guide you through her tried and true kitchen techniques with french inspired recipes in this hands-on and immersive course. You will create appetizers, entrees, and desserts that will impress your loved ones and elevate your culinary creations.
Each week you'll have a grocery list to prepare for a variety of recipes with appetizer, entree, and dessert for each session. You'll have a fun and immersive experience resulting in a daily menu such as filled pastries as appetizer, oriental oven chicken with "citron confit" and couscous for main course and fruit tart with almond crème for dessert.

What you will do and learn.
You'll be inspired and learn from French based Swedish cook who lives her passion for food. You'll love her style of mixing cultures and taste from all over the world in her "cuisine". If you are committed to a healthy and natural kitchen or strive for this goal, you'll find this to be an incredible learning experience.
With the small class size and live learning experience, you'll probably make some friends along the way. But make sure to invite those closest to you for each week's prepared meal.

About Eva
Eva Vander Zwalm is a Swedish chef living in the lush countryside of Burgundy, France. Eva was an art director before becoming a professional chef and food/culinary stylist. She has prepared the finest cuisines for restaurants, special events, and prominent people.
During the 2019 AIP France program, Eva was our private chef who created amazing multi-course dinners. We are delighted to connect her with former and new participants in this live remote course.

This incredible opportunity to work with Eva is limited to 15 participants who will receive a private zoom link for the weekly sessions.
Beginning January 16 you will have 6 private zoom sessions with the small class setting.
The private course portal will have itinerary, grocery list, and more course information including a chat feature to talk to the other participants.
