The Marketing Manager will gain an in-depth understanding of the AIP brand, experience, and values in order to deliver successful marketing campaigns and collaborations that increase brand awareness, revenue, participation, and engagement.
The Marketing Manager must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Marketing Manager must also be outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and in a team setting, proactive, and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Develop and execute marketing strategy plan for all AIP initiatives; including but not limited to domestic, international, & online programs
Marketing strategy platforms include AIP website, newsletter, social media, email communication, blogs, promotional material, press contacts, etc.
Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and adjust activities as needed; analyze and report marketing ROI to AIP team
Direct social media activity and analyze feedback on social media platform
Create and adhere to marketing, advertising, and social media budget and restraints
Develop partnerships with universities and commercial entities
Build relationships with relevant media outlets; manage and organize contacts
Coordinate, schedule, and publish monthly AIP Journal, monthly newsletter, and special announcements
Create templates for newsletter, journal, and social media activities
Collaborate and coordinate with Program Manager for cohesive and strategically efficient marketing campaigns
Assist Program Manager in composing intriguing and engaging trip and workshop descriptions to be displayed on website, social media, marketing materials, and advertisements
Previous marketing experience in multiple channels, 1+ year, is required
Previous experience in university, travel, and/or arts are a plus
Loves tech and has experience and the drive to stay on top of the latest and best solutions
Art, Travel and Design knowledge and interest
University work a plus but not required
In the know about the latest and most efficient technologies and how to implement and coordinate between them
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is a plus, however, 3+ years’ experience in marketing is an acceptable alternative
