The art Immersions team will be joined by Parisian artists, perfumers, chefs, and craftspeople. Each day opens into a new sensory focus and a new way of perceiving.

Creative Practices & Exercises

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be invited to explore your creativity through guided exercises and open-ended prompts designed to spark presence, play, and perspective. No experience required.

Here are a few of the practices we’ll explore together:

• Blind Contour Sketching – seeing without judgment
• Scent Mapping – translating fragrance into emotion or memory
• Color Stories – a painting or collage based on your walk through Paris
• Poetry from the Market – using found words and ingredients as metaphors
• Sound Journaling – documenting rhythm, noise, silence, and song
• Still Life Assemblage – visual storytelling using objects, florals, or meringues
• Creative Meditation – light movement or breathing as creative grounding
• The Art of the Table – sketch, photograph, or write your response to shared meals

These prompts are optional, intuitive, and woven into the flow of each day.
